He began as a Full-stack Developer at Singular Logic, contributing to large-scale business solutions, before moving to EPSILON NET as a Product Owner, shaping the design and delivery of SaaS platforms.

He later founded AAI Development and co-founded Starten Development, where he led technical teams and built innovative digital products.

With studies in Project Management (University of Northampton) and Computer Science (Interface Training Centre), he is skilled in Agile/Scrum, risk management, and budget control, and has a strong track record in driving complex technology initiatives from concept to execution.

Theodora Baraliakou, COO, based in Thessaloniki, she has extensive experience in project management,
digital strategy, and eCommerce solutions.

She worked with Elxis and BodyFit in Greece and the Netherlands before co-founding SMARO, where she built the brand identity and eCommerce strategy.

She later joined CloudCart, a SaaS platform, and now as COO of MedMate she oversees operations, cross functional collaboration, and the delivery of strategic projects. A graduate of the University of Amsterdam (MSc Corporate Communication) and the American College of Thessaloniki (BA International Relations), she is adept in strategic & operational planning and stakeholder engagement

Konstantinos Roumeliotis, based in Athens, has extensive experience in general management,
technical and strategic business planning. He began his career as a software developer in Siemens and
worked in VoIP Client/Server projects that served millions of users. He was also awarded a patent in that field (legally owned by Siemens).

He later moved to code integrity testing and network penetration testing for the above products. He was later hired by IBM as a technical consultant, advising corporate clients on systems deployment, technology and business strategy, before moving on to serve as General Manager at Makershop, where he oversaw operations and growth initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Lincoln (BEng in Electronics & Telecommunications), he combines a strong technical foundation with proven leadership in corporate management and business development.

Kostas Ioannou, based in Athens. Kostas holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and brings more than 25 years of experience as a Computer Science teacher in Greek secondary education.

Renowned for his mathematical acumen, analytical mindset, and structured approach, he combines technical precision with strong financial insight.

As CFO of MedMate, he is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and resource optimization, ensuring the company’s growth is both sustainable and transparent.

Alexios “Alex” Gkanas, based in Ireland, brings a multidisciplinary background across digital strategy, branding, growth marketing, and full-stack eCommerce operations. He has worked with major organizations across Europe, including roles within two of the Big Five technology companies, contributing to data-driven product improvements, UX initiatives and strategic digital programs at scale.

He later founded CyberCraft90, a digital growth studio specializing in performance marketing, SEO, conversion optimization and multichannel brand strategy across retail, travel, SaaS and healthcare sectors. Through his work, he has collaborated with international brands, cross-functional product teams and enterprise clients to design and execute growth frameworks that align business objectives with user-centric digital experiences.

At AIMedica, he is responsible for brand positioning, market expansion and the end-to-end brand experience. His role bridges strategy, marketing and product, ensuring consistency across communication, partnerships and customer journey touchpoints. By combining analytical execution with product-driven thinking, he supports the company’s long-term growth, strategic visibility and international outreach.

Alexandros Kafazi, based in Greece, brings international experience in business development and investor relations. His background spans Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and Asia, where he has led strategic initiatives and built partnerships across multiple markets. Most recently, he worked with the Swedish startup Gaddr as an Investor Relations & Finance Associate, supporting fundraising efforts, financial planning, and investor communications.

Before joining the company, Alexandros held roles in hedge funds and global talent acquisition firms, where he led business development activities and supported market expansion in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and China. His work included evaluating new opportunities and supporting leadership teams with strategic insights that guided commercial decision-making.

As CSO, he oversees the company’s strategic agenda and all investment-related initiatives. He is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic trajectory, overseeing investor-related strategy, and ensuring the organization is fully prepared for engagement with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.
